Ebola - Ebola virus (EBOV) causes severe disease in humans and in nonhuman primates in the form of viral hemorrhagic fever. The Ebola virus belongs to the Filoviridae family (filovirus) and is comprised of five distinct species: Zaïre, Sudan, Côte d’Ivoire, Bundibugyo and Reston.

Hemorrhagic fevers - Viral hemorrhagic fevers (VHFs) refer to a group of illnesses that are caused by several distinct families of viruses.

Influenza - Influenza (commonly referred to as the flu), one of the most common infectious diseases, that affects mainly the nose, throat, bronchi and, occasionally, lungs.

Polio (Poliomyelitis) - Poliomyelitis is a contagious, historically devastating disease that can affect nerves and can lead to partial or full paralysis.

Rabies - Rabies is a deadly viral infection that is mainly spread by infected animals.
